Other posters have already posted this in previous posts. The value of the US$10M (circa AU$13M) investment for 10%, equates to a MC of AU$130M (excluding adjustments for debt, performance shares, liabiliies. etc) on the AU$13M investment alone. Using approx. 1.32B undiluted shares currently on issue, equating to a share value approx. $0.10 or approx $0.08 adjusted for cash, costs, performance shares, debt etc. This is the value per share for the $AU13M investment. Please correct me if I have missed something. My opinion only. DYOR.
