This is just a step forward for the company. Two weeks ago the share price was sitting at 1.1c. So if u really think about it the CR was done at 1.46 with a 10% discount. Seriously it doesn’t take a gense to see its a great deal. It’s obvious Acuity capital was pumping the share for this deal. U have to ask yourself why were they happy to pay more then two weeks ago at 1.1c. If u look at it they paid about 40% for the shares
