Melbourne-based power tool firm Global Machinery Company (GMC) has gone into receivership after a fall in turnover.
The Tullamarine-based company employs 45 people and its brands include GMC, Triton and Redeye.
The receiver, KordaMentha, says the company's current turnover remains at $100 million.
It says expects to be able to sell the business and is seeking immediate expressions of interest.
