The clause for the Convertible Note to be converted is extended to 12th Oct, the stipulation of the approval for export of Mn concentrate (DSO) will ultimately be the undoing of GMC. The new governor will not approve the DSO, so the game ends.
Since the governor has announced that all mining will stop then its impossible to ship DSO. Then conditions of the Note cannot be met.
