the market revised the price back down after an 84m funding deal . if thats not impetus to enough to move price nothing will . receipt of funds will be a positive step but it won't set the price alight as it's an expected outcome . the market has discounted this stock on the back of every positive announcement and will most likely continue to do so . without a fixed book value GMC will continue to flounder under 1 cent .
