    There is inevitably another delay coming - the 11th deadline missed, and the 12th deadline provided.

    Separately, only 90 days until GMC owe $5.5M (with that debt secured against the smelters), meaning if they don't pay it, they could lose their two refurbished second hand smelters (which is all GMC have)....

    I'm surprised why the cash outflows have continued during this delay. If there's no construction, where is the money going?
