I've been doing some digging around, as like most of you, I've had enough of the delays.

The company looks legit and in place since 2016.

It seems to be run by the "Prider" family, who i can't see any connection with Gulf Manganese Australia.

The Glacier Australian arm seems to be registered in South Australia under the ASIC name "Barony Holdings".
There is also another company that is registered with the same name based in India, however i cannot see a connection.

Happy for any thoughts but i cannot see how this is anything but legitimate.
