Perhaps the issue is with the actual release of funds to Glacier to GMC. Are the conditions met. Are accounts created by Glacier. Do they have to pay fees etc. To whom? Where is Glacier actually getting the money from. If L and G why are they holding it up? Is it due process in L and G that has a bottleneck.
