Time for fresh blood... 14 years makes one complacent about deadlines, deliverables and shareholder expectations on announced commitments.
Cycle of commitments...then cap raises... then delays... then delays.. then goal posts further out... and the cycle continues.
Habits don't change... they become human nature.
Happy for Nick to take reigns and give the CEO his last golden handshake before this turns into a serious play.
