Exised I must say you are one of the few Hotcopper posters I take the time to read. Whilst considerably older than yourself I also have had considerable success in the junior/development mining space based on a lot of hard work and research. Now prefer not to post as my time is extremely valuable particularly as you age. Your trade for free point reduces the cost to zero after say a 12 month hold (CGT Benefits) or do you hold a greatly reduced cost base asset? Happy to hear your thoughts on this concept as I believe it makes investing decisions far easy. Compounding off a zero base only requires patience and markets are not that relevant. You regularly post on the big gold stories like GMD, but I was wondering about your thoughts on companies you are holding to gain a trade for free? I have a large holding in BC8 and quite a substantial holding in MEK which I will eventually have to do the trade for free on, but currently holding back on doing this given their potential free cashflow in full production.
