The large number of shares sold is not that relevant because there are buyers who are just as keen on buying up these GMD shares. The concern is that RFC Management is considered as an insider and they are holding the shares for 0-3mths (my intepretation). Perhaps the short-term hold is because they are trading or they are just trader/custodian to the shares. As shown below, on the day (13th August) they "dumped" the shares, GMD share price was up!! It is impossible to imagine that 40m shares were dumped onto the market and yet GMD share price rose. If that is possible, I would have to imagine that there are buying frenzy happening on the day and that would be very positive.
