We know IIF is halted, you are assuming people have spare cash to takeup 1 for 1 entitlement.
The fact is that this is not the case, especially at this stage of market recovery when investor money has been parked in so many previous cap raisings.
It is evident that GMG and GPT is being sold to participate in the discounted IIF cap raising.
Once that is complete money will flow back GMG and GPT which are in better position than IIF.
IIF still 33% geared after cap raising.
