The data centre plan was a weak attempt to jump in the ai bubble, they have next to zero expertise in this field.
the 2% franking is surely just having a laugh at us.
the 15c dividend each 6 months, around 1.5% yield, was ok a few years ago, but now? Poor real growth, and no return?
Greg often near the top of the charts for annual total remuneration.
start to think this whole thing has been a. ‘Make Greg richer’ scheme and shareholders are immaterial.
sub 20 very soon. Again. 15c dividend again. Maybe 3% franking though, gosh.
