been looking into the REIT sector...
(interestingly the REIT sector ETF VAP has outperformed the ASX200 over 10 year (excluding dividend payments).
l was slowly increasing exposure to REITs however this sector now looks really fully valued.
l wonder if anyone else has considered whether you can reduce your exposure to this sector to underweight because (1) of the relationship of BKW to GMG (2) a majority of profit from BKW has come from land development?
... just kicking the sand with ideas?
