This whole thread is speculative on both sides of teh argument with no numbers. People drawing irrelevant links to totally different companies.
GPT is not like GMG.
Centro is not like GMG.
Valad is not like GMG

Prologis is like GMG.

Ths thread is where people seem to take a view and look to paint the picture afterwards no matter what the market is saying.

Booms like debt. They extend lines take fees etc
Bear markets hate debt, contract terms , no rollovers etc

GMG has moved into a bear market with boomtime leverage and got caught out. Of course its SP slides as it starts to deleverage. Growth knocked out as no new developments and values sliding for which GMG has not fully taken the hit on.

Couple that with a high priced raise at 90 cents which didnt fullfill its requirements and then shutting out the instos of the current debt raise with free equity kicker.

Not exactly the way to win sway with existing institutional supporters. And until the instos are happy which from the sell lines they dont apear to be we all have to just suck it and see .......
