It's foolish to believe there's no possibility of total collapse given depressed property values, gmg's level of gearing and banks unwillingness to roll over debt. That said the share price can be a wide range from 0c to 80c+ depending on ongoing outcomes of property sales, rental income, cost of debt and refinancing etc. It's fair to conclude that you cannot pin point how much gmg is worth exactly given it's in the distressed seller category. The majority of posters here are looking through rose coloured glasses and expect this to be a future ten bagger or something. What I'm suggesting is that there is a large range of possible outcomes and gmg's true worth can only be narrowed down by an ongoing process and people punting on this stock should have zero worth possbility in mind.
