GMG has been a dream stock for all that held or bought from 2009 like I did ,while shopping centers falter with vacant shops in the on line purchases boom , GMG will bolt ahead over the next few years with its planned $4 to $5 billion of work completions each year , GMG offers enormous growth for a defensive stock , inflation, rents will rise ,management fees will rise , profits will rise , capital values will rise , when all of the above hits the bottom line dividends will rise substantially, time to leverage up on the 70%LVR on this one.
