I agree. I can hardly believe they've paid away a fat underwriting fee on the option monies when the options are so in the money (or regardless of if the options are in or out of the money come to think of it). I can not see how this is in the interests of existing shareholders and I can not see how this is consistent with the directors exercising a fiduciary duty to shareholders. Should be investigated in my view.
