I can't do it myself, Westpac Broking doesn't let me buy CVRD. Let alone seed capital ventures. And the management fees (according to the annual report) is 1% is it not? That doesn't seem to excessive to me. According to the annual report base management fees and expenses etc were 3.3m (excluding performance bonuses) on net assets of 145.58m giving the total management charges to be 2.2%. Still not excessive ... IMHO.
