There is limited chance this deposit will ever be mined again...last time around it was mined and produced +60koz for 3 years starting in 2001 (and yes it did have a life before that - but this was sometime before the most recent shut), then dropped to +40koz and then 7koz in the last yr before being shutdown again.
The only way it will ever work is having multiple ore sources, or being fed into a neighboring mill, but the latter may not work given the trucking distance for justifying a toll treatment agreement.
