    The late announcement (Appendix 3B) at 6:27pm would indicate that the principals of GML have caved into the offer & handed over GML lock stock barrel.

    "Issued as consideration in an off-market takeover
    by Citigold of all the ordinary shares in Gateway."

    If this is correct, CTO may have brokered something positive afterall. This could mean a fresh injection of management & leadership. We can only hope that CTO have acquired some real professionals that have something to offer us all...
