This does not make any difference to the process as questions will be addressed in the due white paper at a later stage.
Pressure might be on the government that is not able to provide a safe environment for the public hearing.
GLM might see this part as redundant as the government will go ahead with Uranium extraction ban.
Disinformation around the project does not help.
Something must have not worked for GLM in the setup or preparation of the public hearing, maybe condition in general were not the best.
A press release would be helpful to understand.
