    It is history my friend everyone forgets 1987 CRASH 1992 the recession we had to have the tech bubble 2000 , 2008 GFC , we are due its history.
    Everyone says its different this time they say that every time .I saw property prices half in Sydney in the downturn Bhp went from 35 dollars to 16 just some examples. There was a property my friend bought for 950K at the peak when the down turn hit it was valued at $500K.
    May not happen again but I believe there will be some sort of correction coming for sure.
