Horizon are in a bit of trouble financially - have been rudderless for a little while waiting for new managing director to join. The loans they have taken to fund existing operations were due at the end of September.
I hope a merger is on the cards - a bit of work is required to uplift but Horizon has the facilities that GML requires to begin the first steps to transitioning from purely exploration to production.
