Personally I am a newbie to charting, no books read, just online research into charting (research into what indicators mean, what some people explain on youtube, play around with tradingview dot com); but the best way to learn I found was to what a fast action stock like APT, load up some indictors like I did above and as the price action changes what the volume, RSI, MACD and other indicators - gave me good insight into 'slower' move SP directions.

Also have heard that in some other more general forums here there are posts on good reads. Hope that helps, I am sure others who are more knowledgeable can also comment.
