Interesting to see the above arguments around investment horizons and the reactions to the news. I think we can all agree the news underwhelmed. I think importantly we need to acknowledge that with 1.8b shares on issue and a market cap of $40m (HRN next door has a similar market cap and 5x the inferred/indicated reserves) some substantial news is required over the long term to really generate shareholder value, luckily with 10m of cash on hand, a large owned area, good management and a well structured drilling plan GML is well placed to find what it is looking for. Just need to be willing to take the short term pain and hope for the long term gain.
