I have to agree with Seaman91, the way GML layout their drilling information is totally confusing. Their drill hole codes are all over the place. Usually every tenement/area has a different drill code for easy identification and location. But GML mix them up like a jigsaw puzzle.
EGMs are the combining of the whole years completed events. All catalogued into one announcement. Nothing should be a shock. Nothing should be unknown.
It's the way the board puts it, reading between the lines, so to speak. GML have so much ground under management and it all seems to be positive.
With one consolidation done, surely not another one so soon. Still GML do have a huge amount of shares on issue (2 billion).
My own opinion was that the last consolidation was stuffed up. It should have been ten to one and that would have reduce the shares by half instead of a quarter. A shareholding of one billion plus shares deters would-be investors from entering. They are seen as very high risk. And share price of two plus cents confirms it.
Of course all in my own opinion.
