    So, that if he works for us and is paid to do so, how can he spend time advising other companies...Are we charging him out at $500 an hour??

    Moreover, that he is paid by us, then any gifted options should be gifted to GML as we are the ones funding him?

    Show me any other company that allows paid employees to moonlight during business hours OR even hold stock in a competitor
