new week- new thread name from our last one but still the great investment opportunity for those able to see it -
ok so i have said this many a times, and ill say it again- i bought into gmm because of its primary lucrative potential company making mongolian potash ground held in the UVS basin- but after more and more research on the ground they hold in joint venture with galaxy resources at our upcoming drill site at the Shoemaker Prospect WA- Im more and more convinced that GMM are playing their cards very close to their hearts -
The area is certainly very very encouraging to become a major manganese/iron ore provence and i know in past announcements GMM have mentioned the likes of Zino Co and Ausquest and their success in the region with drilling confirming major manganese intersections- but further to researching these two companies drilling results to date I went a little further to see what other major drill bits are currently in the area to see if the area is indeed an area on the radar of other big players in the io+mn industry and was very pleased to see that cazaly resources-(a stock recently tipped by the inside trader website) has produced further encouraging results not far from our shoemaker prospect in the earaheedy basin that proves that this area indeed could be another home to a major iron ore provence and the best part is, is that we are smack bang in the middle with drilling in less than three weeks -
the more and more i look over previous drilling reports and rock chip samples found at the shoemaker prospect, it makes me ever more confident that we may indeed be on a company maker at our shoemaker project- just looking over the map on our announcement on the 1st june 2010 and the lab results and recommendations produced by cofee mining- i find this project is highly de-risked with such encouraging results already identified at this project not to mention further discoveries from other asx listed companies which prove that the mineralization and outcropping of high grade manganese and iron ore are prevalent within the earaheedy basin ?call it ramping if you want but at the end of the day I consider ramping is limited to those that intentionally post on stocks with no substantiated evidence or research to add claim to their statements ? With all my posts on this thread, I would like to clarify that all the information provided are and will continue to be evidenced with links to prove my consensus in my posts but I?m sorry, the information speaks for itself- I did my due diligence on GMM buying in at 18cnts seeing it as fair value based on their potential IOCG potential but above all else their potential Mongolian Potash discovery, and know can swallow my pride and say that I am now more inclined to state that I really think that the Shoemaker Project in the Earaheedy Basin could actually be the company maker for GMM in the short-medium term ?
For people that attempt to shoot me down saying that to date we may have only had limited drilling results to prove anything of substance- Id like to say that if you add up the results from Zinc Co, General Mining Corporation, Ausquest, Cazaly Resources, WA Government mines exploration testing- not to mention drilling by BHP and AMAX Exploration in the 1970?s which proved the area had substantial defined extensive areas of high grade hematite Iron formation- I think that substantially de-risks the project and could indeed become an area of great significance in the short term - Ausquest (as can be seen in the link below ) commented of the potential of the area to host large scale iron ore deposits -
If that isn?t enough information to give you that tingly feeling inside that the shoemaker project of ours could indeed be the starting of something big for GMM - May I also suggest to follow drilling results which were completed by Giralia Resources- ( Actually been bought out by Atlas Iron now) which also confirmed the Earaheedy Basin as hosting major Iron Ore deposits when they proved at their Miss Fairbarn Hills grades up to 60.8 % FE ? Unlike some major Iron Ore finds keep in mind that the most enticing element to any success of proving an economic deposit at Shoemaker for GMM Is well supported with infrastructure in place- gas pipeline, Geraldton 750 km Kalgoorlie 600 kms-
You seriously have to ask yourself if so many leading mining exploration companies could get fe% grades up to 66% and high grade manganese grades so wrong-there is certainly a lot of information out there on drilling exploration on the Earaheedy basin and would suggest anybody sitting on the fence on GMM to do your research thoroughly prior to the lead up to our drilling campaign at shoemaker because as ive stated in the past-this drill result could prove lucrative for general mining corporation and then it would be all but impossible to enter gmm sub 20 cnt levels- especially as we know we WILL be drilling the UVS Basin Mongolia potash discovery anytime from now until November when the drilling season ceases ?
In conclusion, don?t underestimate the potential of this exploration drilling literally weeks away with the importance of managanese very important to the steel making industry- Most manganese, around 90% of global output, is used in the production of iron and steel, an application in which it is essential and where it has no real substitutes. Trends in consumption of manganese thus reflect those in the global steel industry and will continue to do so ( link below)
At the end of the day, if GMM was considered fair value when it floated in late 2009 at 20 cnts a share- you have to SERIOSULY ask yourself how de-risked the company seems now in its recent trading range from the 18cnt-19.5 cnt range where we last closed on Thursday afternoon considering that since we floated the following has occurred ?
1-Exploration in Mongolia is hot hot hot and companies with even a sniff of success in the region is being or has been re rated by the market at an astounding rate- i.e. ceo on coal acquisition in region
2-Since BHP?s failed billion dollar takeover bid for potash corp, the potash sector has received an enormous re-rate and companies with any decent finds have increased exponentially in value- in some cases, beyond fair value
3-Since the GFC, we have seen more stability in global commodity markets along with stability in global economies around the world
4-As aforementioned, recent discoveries by Cazaly Resources, Ausquest, Giralia and Zinc Co in the Earaheedy Basin SUBSTANTIALLY de-risks our upcoming drilling exploration program
5-Potash drilling at the UVS Basin Mongolia proving the potential of an economic potash deposit since IPO substantially de risks the project from a Greenfield project
So ask yourself, if prior to these above points GMM was considered fair value at 20 cents per share at IPO- is she asking to go higher in the coming weeks from recent weeks sidetracking around the 18c-20c range- at a m/cap of $9.34M+tighly held capital structure NO BRAINER IMHO -
