GMM needs to pick up the L-max blueprints of Lepidico in exchange for production royalty payments and wil have to make there own L-max plant which they can't deny you because it's patented as far as I am aware because you got shiploads of mica from your spodumene mining and pay to separate it to dump the stuff which can be processed to a fully finished marketable product including lithium hydroxide at Aleast half the price of your spodumene concentrate at 5?% to export for finishing ?
The only problem is its benchscale laboratory stuff that hasn't even been developed into full scale mass production plant yet and also there may be cash generating byproducts aswell to reduce L-max lithium at around A2000 a ton
