GMM Merge: Everyone needs to vote... (GMM holders)

Message for GMM holders that may be in this forum also..

There has been some confusion as to the method to vote and also what happens if you don't.

Everyone needs to vote.

If you don't vote General Mining doesn't have the ability to use your share and cast a yes vote on your behalf.

In general you can call your broker and cast your vote over the phone. Your shares will become ZERO as they are reserved against your vote.

Any new shares that you buy will also need to be voted..

If you are voting by paper then you will be sent a new form..

If you call your broker and they tell you they cannot take your instruction over the phone ask to speak to their manager.. Also post about it on here so that it can be looked into.

Once the tally hits the required amount it's over..

The sooner we get there the better.
