If you accepted and there is a hostile takeover bid that is higher you will still get the higher price. It's clearly stated as such in the bidder statement. If you intend to vote for the takeover now is the time to do that as the faster we get the votes over the line the better for GXY sp and that means for GMM shareholders as well.
I personally have both shares and I handed in my acceptance last night.
