    From what I found out, that game plan was just to do with the asset at the time. It's in the prospectus.

    I think it would make sense for GXY and GMM to use their Mt Cattlin money to build James Bay and borrow at their various splits to work on Sal De Vida.

    If you divide GXY share price by GMM at any time you will generally find it is close to 70%.
