He has an interest in the following companies tied up in GMM and as of the October 2014 annual report these are the amounts held by those companies.
Investmet 31,025,885 Director / substantial interest
Whitestone Minerals 8,277,406 Director / indirect interest
Delta Resource Management Pty Ltd 4,800,000 Director / beneficial shareholder
Michael George Fotios and Fotios family A/C Director/ substantial interest
Add them up if you can. Even if you include Whitestone Minerals he still doesn't own 60% 0f 134,000,000 issued shares. You must have failed maths at school.
