    There is $108m USD of off-take agreements on the table.
    $36m for this one and - at the very least - $72m for the next.
    GMM is entitled to 50% of this.

    If this action today is provoked by nervousness over the signing then all I can say is watch out for the inevitable rocket on confirmation.
