Hi Dom2007, Yes the 2 largest shareholders now have effective board control of the company....but unless they change management within the company the "huge potential" of GMN will stay in the ground and DE will keep drawing a massive pay...GMN have had licenses to great sites for over 2 years ...and guess what these licenses where bought from a company DE has control over (Mars Mines) ... for a large number of shares and $. These were bought by GMN because the license areas had "huge potential" ...He has been paid over a million dollars in salary since and they remain undrilled.....great outcome if you can get it... Unless DE goes you have no change in the company's direction, unless the board demand action from him and hold him to account....time will tell.
