I've found this happens quite a bit in different stocks where formal results/scheduling/certification have to be announced on the key site before it can be released to public. For example, with SAS rocket launch, all you had to do to get news of changed launch times was find the world launch site and keep refreshing... yet it took a day or two to announce to market. Same if you're watching for results of a court hearing etc. It is impossible to time everything together. Smallfry simply went to the source, so hats off.
