mutty, reason i say it is just around the corner is that.
1. We were waiting on DMR upgrades before the deal could be signed... These are sinced finished so this is no longer a hurdle.
2. The buyer already lists the asset as theirs, so they see the binding agreement/deposit as BINDING.
