Guys, can someone explain how 10m shares (approx 3.5% of total stock) released at 50c to sophisticated investors is going to impact much on the share price as at cob 14 July?
Especially where the raising is designed to fast-track work on a site where available info says 61c is appropriate price for the stock right now.
Are ppl trying to get the price lower (shakin' the tree??) to get in cheaper?? Dilution cannot be a concern??
