I think a few posting here are blowing out the story a bit , either because they got in for a short term buy or quick trade or other reasons ? , we would all like the share we buy to go straight to the sky as soon as we buy it and I am one of those too but reality sets in when it goes south . sometime things take time , also this is one company that has low volume turnover most days , so if one has a large package to sell it will go south or wait 2 months to sell them slowing either way share prices slides below is the last part of the july 31 ann , so deal delayed not cancelled unless I missed an announcement ?? all IMO Hygea has advised the Company that it has commenced an internal management and organisational restructuring. During this time, the Company has agreed with Hygea to defer the purchase order aspect ofthe Company’s medical devices as outlined in the existing Agreement between the parties, to allow for the restructuring to be finalised. During this period, product implementation and service provisions as outlined in this section will continue. The Company views Hygea as a strong strategic partner within its US expansion strategy and has been very pleased with the collective and dynamic implementation efforts between the two groups to date.

I was paraphrasing Brendan’s response to G13’s questions one of which was about the Hygea PO. I also posted what was Brendan’s response about the Hygea PO. If my memory of G13’s post is deficient, I’ll happily change it. Brendan’s answer was that Hygea has withdrawn from the PO for the future but will continue to use products or services prior to the withdrawal.
