I'm having a lazy Saturday and thought I'd check in on the gmed website so see if there has been any changes, and there has!

https://gmedinnovations.com/ you'll now notice "G Medical USA" on the top right hand side. selecting this bring up the USA version for people outside of the US.
This to me is progress! I then thought i'd try their 24 hour support number. To dial this from AUS enter 001118005952898 on your iPhone, to my expectation this went through and you're provided with the following options
Press 1 - 24 hour lab
Press 2 - billing support
Press 3 - customer service
Press 4 - shipping & inventory
Despite no other recent updates, this is real progress and is another promising sign IMO that a-lot of work is happening on the ground.
