Yeah, look at those last two sales for .18. In both cases there was only a seller listed at 0.19 - so who sells $345.60 on a cross trade at 0.18? Someone who wants to scare others into selling, as 0.18 is 5% down which psychologically effects people, and hits a lot of people's automatic stop loss.
