My answer and just an assumption that they poured 17 millions shares, on 5th of September, into the market. every-time, we have an excited announcement, followed by either releasing millions of shares or a CR. another reason, big players are waiting a confirmation of de-risking its production ability and that will be confirmed with CFDA and CE announcements.
Another challenge is that they still have another 400 millions escrowed shares and that will make another pressure on the SP. This is only my opinion.
I am holding since July 2017 and I will be until may.
