Yacov is unlikely to sell undet 51%.
He will earn ~80% of 2x60M perf shares & some of 26m options.
In short Yacov controls 51-58% when fully diluted (~510m sh/op) assuming both targets/milestones are reached in may19 & may20.
With Yacov+mgt+Top300 holding
90-95% of 510M sh/op, some 20-25M shares may be floating around.
