Forgive me if I come across as a little Blunt or rude but it is late at night and I am lacking sleep ( daughter has a nasty cough and I'm waiting to see a doctor at the hospital)
Really this is factored into the share price?! I think your calculator is broken.. What about the price-earnings ratio? High growth stocks at minimum will have a PE ratio of at least 15 x if this was factored in already the share price would be around:
400 million in profit - 30% (for China subsidiary) 290,909,091 (roughly I know all of that isn't China contracts) 305,000,000 (Shares on issue) x 290,909,091 = $1.05 per share x 15 (PE ratio) =$15.75 per share with a market capitalisation of 305,000,000 x 15.75= 4,803,750,000 if the market was to factor that in
.
That gives me something to smile about on a crappy night...
Cheers
