Other companies pump and dump with non sensitive announcements and its up to the companies if they wish to release day to day business announcement but Yacov has a clear direction on what should be released and without any material impact on what was released in emails, there is no requirement and you would now this from your time working for a listed company in the past.
No financial impact to the company bottom line, means it does not need to be disclosed to the market. Its a submission at this stage only.
