Dr Yacov and his director's are not permitted to purchase shares if there is any sensitive markets news which would have a material effect on the current share price. Considering the upcoming ATM, IMO any sale or purchase would be off the table.
Given the way the global market is currently performing, any share sale would have to be organized through a trading house and it would have to be aimed at current share holders (top 20), as it would not be possible on market due to the amount of shares being offered up for sale.
This maybe possible if a company was positioning itself for a possible tax loss.
The current price of GMV if you take into account the falls across the Global Market, demonstrate that GMV is falling in price similar to other companies on the ASX. I consider that GMV at its current price is a bargain and an opportunity to drastically reduce your average price. GMV will rebound the same as other companies once the Covid - 19 is under control and can you imagine how the SP would explode if one of these EMERGENCY approvals are granted.
