IMO the $10m raising will be delayed and yacov will personally pay out the Magna CN.

Company is still towing the official line that the $10m raising is in play until announced otherwise.

Just can't see it happening in these times and at a price that completely decimates yacov holding.

IMO we could see some good news very soon out of Taiwan. FCL have 2 weeks left to compete the registration process. As @moreforless has mentioned recently, FCL has opened new offices in Taiwan and has the financial resources to meet the stated MOUs. And once these become contracts they can be exchanged for cash with the Israeli insurance company.

We having been pulling this long bow for some
time now. But it just may happen this time.

Has the factory started up and pumping out prizmas in anticipation of something??? Some seam to think it has???

Any emergency approvals in the pipeline???

Anyway, we will find out a lot this week. Those going to the EGM are in the best position to report back.

Also, not sure if you have noticed but it's a compete liquidity crunch out there. There are bigger things going on effecting share prices than company specific issues.
