while the current situation would seem to favor us -- who started relatively early in the game -- it's also drawn increased attention to telemedicine's potential vitality & awoken a slew of later-coming competitors perhaps much more adept at business basics: like filing reports on time, executing actual sales, communicating w/the "base" ... & generally just have their sh*t much more together (not to mention maybe "better" products/services?)
