That's a good pick-up as far as the Perth registered office, and still listing Cayman Islands as the registration location.

You might have some 'technical' grounds to speak on if you were to go to the Perth 'office', albeit a visual of that premises will reveal it's Otsana's office, so don't think you'll get anywhere. I would assume they're treating it more as an administration office. Registry and lawyer in Australia, however, makes sense on account of it being a locally listed business.
